I’m a Wise Women in the Woods; Folk Herbalist, Intuitive healer, Trained Personal Chef, Certified Health Coach and Birth Doula. I have been using my gifts to nourish people for over 20 years. My Wise Woman/Shamanic/Heart-Centered training allows me to deeply listen in, so that I can celebrate and honor each person’s inherent ability to self-heal. Sessions may include ceremony, plant walks, herbal steams, flower foot baths, healing remedies, plant brushings, Earthing, breathing, meditation, plant medicine-making, wild food prep and cooking. My goal is to empower you to improve your health, become more vital, and in alignment with your own heart, so that you can be your healthiest self.

I have been in service for over 10 years mastering my crafts and empowering you to move beyond your own limitations, creating harmony within and igniting your sources of joy using these sacred medicines; energetics, yoga, breathwork, sound + reiki healing, meditation & human design. By nourishing your body, mind, soul & energy you will align with Spirit & your desired life.

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to settle into your space. Wear comfortable clothing, we will be indoors & outdoors so you may want to layer depending on the weather.

During this ceremony we will cultivate a connection to our hearts & our relationship with self.
This full moon in libra is all about balancing the shadows and light, the material and spiritual and to be the mediator of both sides. When we learn the importance of self-love, then we can find the balance, self respect and compassion in all relationships. Are you tipping the scales?
During this time together we will cultivate a connection to our hearts & our relationship with self using mama Cacao (a sacred heart opening medicine), a mix of yoga and Bowspring flow (get your heart movin and groovin), breath-work to expand and quiet the mind, meditation to connect deeply within our energy bodies and hearts and sound alchemy to experience our vibration.

Let's Get High
Conscious Breathwork & Sound Alchemy Ceremony to bring health & healing to your mind, body, energy and soul.
Our BREATH is our life force! Conscious breathwork allows us to cultivate awareness, invigorate our energy, bring clarity, opening up pathways of inner peace, love and joy, heal from trauma, reduce stress and anxiety and more!
The breath is also closely associated with how we feel and how we live. Since our breath is often overlooked (because we are breathing) we don't use it to our advantage. The more we disconnect from the moment the more our breath becomes shallow and restricted. This restriction limits our optimal function and is linked to low energy, fatigue, increased stress levels (anxiety cycles) and even a weakened immune system.
Full, conscious breathing is one of the most powerful ways to enhance our overall health physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This will be a fun uplifting day of connection, reflection and expansion.
During this time together, we’ll explore the depth of the breath as we dive into different types of breathwork practices. Some of these will be gentle and restorative and some that will be somatic & holotropic…hence the “Let's get High” ;)
In tandem we will also explore sound using our own voice, our inner sound as well as outer sound along with the alchemy of crystal bowls.
