I'm Jessica — a spiritual mentor and energy healer for intuitive women and visionary souls who are ready to stop “fixing” and start living in alignment.
Through a unique fusion of Intuitive Energy Healing, Human Design, Breathwork, Embodiment Practices, and Coaching, I guide my clients through transformational experiences that reconnect them to their purpose, power, and inner wisdom.

My Story
Like many of my clients, I spent years feeling anxious, overextended, and disconnected from my intuition. I knew there was more — but I didn’t know how to access it.
That changed when I began my path with Reiki in 2013 and started listening to my body in a whole new way.
Since then, I’ve spent over a decade deepening my practice, teaching others, and integrating Human Design, breathwork, and spiritual mentorship into a style of guidance that is intuitive, grounded, and embodied.
As a 3/5 Splenic Projector, I’ve learned through experience. Trial. Error. Expansion. And now, I walk alongside others ready to step into their own next level — with integrity, clarity, and deep energetic support.
