From a young age, I struggled with anxiety, confusion, fear, and low self-esteem, leaving me disconnected from my body and intuition. While playing sports and staying active provided some relief, it was never enough to bring lasting balance to my emotions.

As a highly sensitive person, I spent years overwhelmed by emotions, constantly overstimulated and stressed. Without the right tools, I thought this was just “normal.” My health suffered—manifesting as anxiety, depression, skin and digestive issues.

Then came my dark night of the soul—moving to ATL, I felt completely alone. I hit an all-time low, going through a divorce while juggling a major career pivot into wellness, enrolling in all the wellness practices, and still working a part-time graphic design job. It was a lot… but it was also a distraction.

For four years straight, I never took a day off. I worked, I studied, I stayed busy—anything to avoid facing myself. Definitely not in my Projector energy alignment!

Through self-healing, personal growth, and holistic practices, I reconnected with my intuition, body wisdom, and spiritual truth—learning to trust myself for the first time. This became the foundation of my work.

Emerging transformed, my intuition and clairvoyance sharpened, and I discovered my true purpose: helping others trust themselves and their inner guidance.
