  • Here’s a suggested packing list:  

    - Yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks.  

    - Comfortable clothing for yoga and ceremonies.  

    - Journal and pen for personal reflections.  

    - Any personal sacred items you’d like for the altar (crystals, photos, etc.).  

    - A refillable water bottle and any specific snacks or supplements you prefer.
