For the best results:
Do not drink alcohol within 24 hours of the session.
Drink lots of good quality water with minerals and stay hydrated before and after the session.
Give yourself space to process over the next few days.
Keep your mind + heart open.

Your Self Care is important after your session. Everyone is different in the way they process. Some people process right away and for others it may take a few days. Some people feel emotions coming up which is healthy and I will guide you through that. Some people will feel more physical sensations.
