Connecting to your body with movement, mind with meditation, energy with Reiki & sound and using BreathART to explore and recalibrate our 7 energy centers with paint, your breath and your open hearts. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN ARTIST TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS INCREDIBLY HEALING EXPERIENCE. This is an expression that you create through guided visualizations and more.

This is LIVE so bring a mat for the all levels yoga portion and if you would like to bring any props like blocks or blankets feel free! You can also bring a journal and pen for some reflection work.
