Yoga is more than just physical exercise; it's a journey of self-discovery and healing. Jessica’s customized sessions blend somatic movement, yoga asana, breathwork, meditation + energy work to create a practice that's perfect for YOU.

My teaching includes traditional yoga styles such as Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, emphasizing proper alignment and dynamic movement. For those seeking a gentler, more introspective practice, I offer Yin & Restorative Yoga, which promotes deep relaxation and inner peace. Additionally, my Somatic Yoga sessions focus on intuitive movement, fostering awareness and creating a profound connection between the mind, emotional body, and physical body, facilitating healing and self-discovery.

All sessions and packages can be customized to include a mix of somatic yoga, traditional yoga, breathwork, meditation, and energy work. This holistic approach combines physical practice with energetic alignment to clear energetic and emotional blocks.

As an experienced + intuitive teacher (14 years), I can tailor sessions to your unique needs, guiding you through a holistic journey of self-discovery and healing. My comprehensive understanding of these practices allows me to integrate them seamlessly, offering a well-rounded approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Traditional yoga encompasses various styles like Hatha & Vinyasa, offering a balanced approach to physical postures, breath control, and meditation. It helps clients improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being while cultivating mindfulness.

Yin yoga focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, targeting connective tissues and promoting flexibility. It's excellent for clients seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, and improved joint health.

Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in gentle, passive poses, encouraging complete relaxation. It's ideal for clients dealing with stress, anxiety, or recovering from illness or injury, as it promotes deep rest and nervous system regulation.

Somatic yoga therapy emphasizes internal awareness and intuitive movement, helping clients release tension and connect deeply with their bodies. It's particularly beneficial for those dealing with chronic pain, healing trauma, seeking to improve body awareness & body + mind connection.

Meditation cultivates mental clarity, emotional balance, and stress reduction and is a way to support the release of trauma held within the body. It's valuable for clients looking to enhance focus, manage anxiety, and develop greater self-awareness.

Breathwork, including yogic, shamanic, and transformative techniques, utilizes conscious breathing to influence physical, mental, and emotional states. It can help clients reduce stress, increase energy, and access altered states of consciousness for personal growth, illumination + enhanced intuition.

I’ll be your guide:

If you are ready for a lifestyle shift and/or to elevate your practice for healing, stress & anxiety management, flexibility in body & mind; I would recommend practicing 1 — 2x per week.

I have been working with clients over the last 15 years for healing, physical mobility, emotional release, stress & anxiety management & energetic alignment — Utilizing an additional “weekly therapy” to include the mind + body connection for healing and lifestyle shifts. It's important to recognize that we cannot force our healing process or dictate its outcome based on our ego's expectations. Doing so can actually prolong our resistance and hinder our progress.

All sessions and packages are available in-person, tailored to your needs and schedule. Each session is 60-75 mins. I also offer small groups.
