Align ur Energy


1. This is a great meditation to do if you are having a hard time letting go of something/someone or situation/circumstance. When we become attached to people and/or situations or circumstances we get stuck and its difficult to move forward and grow. This meditation will allow you to energetically release what is no longer serving you so that we can create space for what we need to grow and flourish with passion.

2. This is a great meditation to do if you are feeling old patterns coming up and you need to release them. Or maybe you are not even aware of it but here you will experience what your mind and body feel like when you are FREE so it will give you a chance to notice what is keeping you heavy and stuck. You can free yourself from old patterns that don’t serve your highest good and from control and external needs. 


3. This is a great meditation to do if you need to become more aware of your body and sensations. It will help you to relax and feel more rather than stressed and aloof. When we are PRESENT, we feel connected to each moment in our bodies. We are productive, driven and motivated and we complete tasks. Body scan meditation is a form of Vipassana meditation that is experienced to help expand mind/body awareness, release tension and quiet the mind. Body scan meditation is a particularly effective meditation technique for strengthening concentration, focusing attention and relaxing the breath.


4. We create our experience and reality. Everything is energy. Our bodies and our thoughts included. Our words and thoughts are vibrations. When we are positive we vibrate to a higher level where love, peace and abundance resides. When we are negative the frequencies of our energy changes and we emit long bands of energy instead of laser focused energy. This negative thinking energy vibrates at a low level where physical substances can actually form and shape as congestion and “pain or discomfort” in the physical body. OUR THOUGHTS ARE THAT POWERFUL! Think about what we can do if we are more positive! Gratitude is a good way to practice this. 


5. This meditation will help to center and focus you and release anger and frustrations and create a sense of grounding and one with the EARTH. Too ofter we are scattered and cloudy with our decisions and ideas. This will help to bring your focus on what truly matters. It will ground you so that you can manifest more of what you really want for your highest good. This will help you to trust and accept the experiences you encounter each moment. 


6. This meditation will help you to create more of an internal balance so that you can create an external balance in mind/body/spirit. We are often doing too much and forget we need balance. Whether it's balance of work/play or balance of self care of oneself or others. We need to constantly be reminded of balance. 


7. When we are fearless we take action. We face our "issues" and keep moving forward. If you feel stuck and are living a live in fear, this meditation will  help you to realize you can do anything you put your heart into through gratitude and acknowledging your fears. 


8. When we act from a place of love and compassion our energy shifts and we attract more love. Gratitude can take you there. This meditation will put you into that space of love and compassion and kindness; something we all need to remind ourselves to do especially in times of lack and fear or anger. 


9. Are you stuck and feeling uninspired? When we are always worried we actually block our creative energy and we feel low energy and a sense of lag. This meditation will help you to get out of your own way and invite in inspiration and unblock your creative being. We are all creative.


10. In this world today, we are constantly looking for instant gratification. We don’t like when things take too long. We become frustrated when we need to do too much work to get a result. This is a great reminder to slow down. To be present in this moment so that we can fully be with sensation in each moment. It helps us to appreciate and find gratitude in our lives and our actions. 


11. When you accept yourself with complete love and appreciation you feel divine well-being, happiness and an abundance of positive energy and an absolute faith in your purpose. You are a channel of peace and well-being. Find peace and calm in any situation today. Channel peace so that all the people you cross path's with feel peaceful & calm as well.


12. You have the wisdom, strength & heart to honor your body and mind and continue on your journey of life. You are whole and healthy. You love your body, mind and life. 


13. We are constantly in a state of interaction with the world around us. Your consciousness is interacting through a mechanism of your body (hands, feet etc) with people, objects, universe, stars planets etc. If you change the nature of your consciousness – putting it in a particular direction – it also changes all these interactions. If you can get your thoughts clear, mind in a place so that you can know how worthy you are to receive the information and abundance of life…this is a wonderful experience. 


14. THINK ABUNDANCE...HAVE ABUNDANCE. Change your thoughts and you will realize you already have what you are looking for. Look within and you shall find. 


15. Connection to your Energy Body. This meditation takes you deeper into your energy connection. Feeling the cyclical motion of all the intertwining energies that happen on a daily basis. This will make you feel lighter and more expansive and take you out of the illusion that you are just a body. You are so much more than that! 


16. Heart Chakra Meditation will bring you more in touch with your heart energy. Your pure loving energy and unconditional love for you and others. It will bring more compassion, peace, friendship and kindness into your energy and into your day. This is a great meditation to do if you are feeling on edge, frustrated, irritated and you feel anger toward others or yourself. Shift your energy with this meditation and feel the benefits. 


17. Own your power. Most days we give our power away by allowing others to take control of our feelings, emotions or actions. It's time to take back your power in a loving and honorable way. This meditation will help you to tap into your core essence and core power so you will feel more connected to your strength, wisdom and courage. 


18. Finding balance through your energy body. When we are aligned with our energy body we feel more connected and grounded in our day to day activities. We experience more happiness and joy and feel more fulfilled. Use this meditation to find balance so that you can carry that into your day. 


19. Body Sensation. Probably one of my favorite meditations lately. How to "feel" your body from the most receptive areas of our external body to the inner workings of our breath, heart and digestion. The more you practice this meditation the more you will experience sensation and the "felt sense" which enables you to be full present with your body and your health. A very powerful relaxation method as well. 


20. Yoga Nidra - Deep relaxation for a more restful, deeper and peaceful sleep. Do this meditation right at bedtime and let yourself drift off into a peaceful and relaxing sleep. This is great to relax the body and mind from any racing thoughts and anxious energy.
