As we transition into the ceremonial cacao ritual, you will savor this sacred plant medicine (non-hallucinogenic) known for its heart-opening properties. This is complimented by energy work and a Reiki-infused heart meditation, where each participant receives Reiki on their heart center, fostering deep emotional release and healing. We will end with a Yoga Nidra sound healing, enveloping you in restorative vibrations that promote deep healing & relaxation.
